The impact of emotions in the organizational context

Traditionally, the ideal work place has been considered to be free of emotions. Yet, emotions are central to human experience.  They color all aspects of our life - including life at work. In recent years, this realization has led to an explosion of research on emotional aspects in the work context. Our research focuses on aspects of emotion regulation at work as well as on the perception of emotional behavior in the work place.
