Posters Guidelines:
Poster boards will be numbered, please check your poster number in the program. The poster boards are 1,20 m wide x 1,40 m high. Please print your poster so that it does not exceed the size of the boards. Pins will be available for mounting your poster in the poster session room (i.e., Senatsaal). The schedule for poster presentation assembly and dismantle is available in the program (p.4).
Talks Guidelines:
Each symposia or paper session has 6 talks. Each talk is composed of 15 minutes talk + 5 minutes discussion. We kindly ask speakers to respect this alloted time. For technical reasons, speakers are required to check in the conference room 20 minutes before the talk.
Each conference room is equipped with a PC computer with Windows and MS Office 2007, and a beamer (no overhead projector or slide projector, sorry). In order to avoid connectivity or compatibility problems, all speakers are invited to prepare their talk in Power Point 2007 format + in PDF format and save both on a memory stick. In the case you choose to use your own laptop, please be so kind to bring an adaptor with you, if needed. The video connection cable in each conference room is VGA.
