Abstract Submission

Abstract submissions are open from 15th September 2013 to 15th October 2013. All abstracts must be written in English. The Scientific Committee will review all abstracts submitted during the submission period. Accepted abstract will be published in the Schedule Booklet. Scholars may submit three kinds of abstracts.

Symposia

Symposia group multiple talks around a common theme. Each symposium is organized by a convener. It allows 4 to 5 speakers and is scheduled for up to 120 minutes. To submit your proposal for a symposium, please fill in the PDF form located here and send it to CERE2014symposia@gmail.com along with the PDF forms for each individual talk located here.*

The convener will be asked to provide the information as below:

  • Title of the proposed symposium
  • Convener (title, first name, last name, and affiliation) :
  • General Topic
    1 – cognition and emotion / emotional appraisal or
    2 – neurosciences and neuropsychology of emotions or
    3 – emotional processes in psychopathology or
    4 – emotions in psychosocial processes
  • General Abstract (500 – 750 words): this is a general description of the overall symposium and should include the names of all the speakers.

Individual speakers will be asked to provide the information as below:

  • Title of the proposed paper
  • Speaker (title, first name, last name, and affiliation) :
  • Title of the Symposia
  • Individual Abstracts (300 words): Each speaker briefly and clearly presents work objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of each individual talk.

Open Papers

Open papers are papers presented with a time allocation of 20 minutes. The abstract must briefly and clearly present work objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. Please ensure that your abstract contains a maximum of 300 words. Open papers will be included in an open paper symposia organized along the four major themes of the conference. To submit your proposal for an open paper, please fill in the PDF form located here* and send it to CERE2014openpaper@gmail.com

Posters

Poster sessions are scheduled during lunch time. The abstract must briefly and clearly present work objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. Please ensure that your abstract contains a maximum of 300 words. To submit your proposal for a poster, please fill in the PDF form located here* and send it to CERE2014poster@gmail.com

Notice for acceptance will be sent to the first author via e-mail by January 2014.
